How it works

From one rep to your next drill.

Set up in a minute, film one rep, and get the fix and the drill. Talk it through with Coach Ellis, then film it again next week. All you need is an iPhone and somewhere to prop it.

1

Set up in a minute.

Who plays, your position, and what you’re preparing for. No account.

2

Film one rep at practice.

One player, whole body in frame. Filming kicking, catching or running? Name it in the note.

3

Get the fix and the drill.

Passing gets a score out of 100 and two things to fix. Kicking, catching and running get counts of what happened and one thing to fix. Every check ends with a drill.

A passing score of 82 in the Sharp band, with four part scores, two cues and a drill.

Real app output on a sample clip.

4

Ask Coach Ellis about it.

She reads your latest check and talks you through what it means.

5

Film it again next week.

Run the drill, film the same rep next week, and see if you’ve moved up a band.

Passing history in the app, with each check listed under the date it was filmed.

Train alone. Never train unseen.

A clip marked too dark to see the hands, with a prompt to film it again.

Scores you can trust

Every score is earned.

If it can’t read it, it tells you. Too dark, too far or blocked? You get the reason and a free retake.
