Pro isn’t showing?
Open the upgrade screen in the app and tap Restore purchases. It picks up a subscription you already hold on this Apple Account.
Delete your data
You can clear your data yourself from inside the app: open your Profile and tap Delete my data. Clips delete themselves after 30 days anyway. The privacy page has the full detail.
Cancel Pro
Pro renews through Apple. Cancel any time in your iPhone settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Refunds
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Why didn’t my clip get a score?
Rugby AI only scores a clip it can read clearly. Most retakes come down to light and framing: film from the side, whole body in frame, with the light behind the camera. A clip it can’t read never uses a check. How to film a drill.
Is kicking scored?
Passing is scored out of 100. Kicking, catching and running are counted: what happened, how many times, one thing to fix and a drill, alongside your own earlier checks.
What can I ask Coach Ellis?
Anything about rugby, and anything about your last check. She reads your latest check, never your video, and coaches from there. Ellis is part of Pro, and free players get a note from her on their first real check.
Do I need an account?
No. There’s no sign-up, no email and no password. Download the app and film.
