Waitlist privacy

This is not the app yet

Rugby AI is not released. This site is a waitlist. Joining it stores your contact details so we can tell you when TestFlight opens. No video is uploaded here, no clips are collected, and nothing is scored on this site.

What we store

• Email address, so we can contact you about TestFlight and launch.
• Role (player, parent, or coach).
• Club or school, only if you typed one.
• Whether you have an iPhone, only if you answered.
• A timestamp of when you signed up.

That is the whole list. The data lives in a private database that only Aries Digital can access. We do not sell it, share it, or use it for anything except Rugby AI launch emails.

No under-13 emails

We do not knowingly collect email addresses from anyone under 13. If you are under 13, a parent should join the list instead. If we learn an address belongs to someone under 13, we delete it.

Deletion

Email contact@aries-digital.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to remove you. We delete the record. No questions, no retention.
